Ingredients:
3 mangoes, peeled and diced.
1 cup almonds, soaked (and skinned if required for smoothness)
3 to 4 dates, soaked, if required for sweetness.

Method:
Recipe is simple 3 ripe mangoes peeled and diced and a handful of soaked almonds.
If the mangoes are not that sweet add dates or jaggery for sweetening.
Blend. Then refrigerate.
Take out every 20 minutes and whip well with a spatula or handblender.
Repeat four to six times.
Ready to be served.
Stays well in the freezer for two days.
