Sitaphal Icecream

What better than Icecream. That too raw vegan. (Ok. For the purists out there, the cashews cannot be completely raw, because some heat is used in the deshelling process. )


Ingredients:
1 cup of deseeded custard apple pulp.
1 cup soaked cashews
3-4 deseeded soaked dates.
3-4 almonds, for garnishing.

Method:
Blend the cashews with a little water till smooth.  Add in the soaked dates and custard apple pulp.
Blend for a minute till fine.
Refrigerate.  Keep taking it out and blending every 1 hour for three hours.
Let it set.
Serve with grated or sliced almonds for crunch.
Yummy!!
